What kind of chair is Alex strapped into?

Alex is put into a kind of dentist's chair and strapped in. A type of headrest keeps his head pointed at the screen, and clips on his eyelids keep him from closing his eyes. A type of helmet with wires coming out of it is put on his head, and suction cups that also have wires are put on his body and chest, over his heart.
