What does Alex do after he leaves his parents' house?

First, Alex goes to Melodia to hear some Mozart. Unfortunately for him, the treatment he went through at the hospital causes him to feel the sickness and pain whenever he hears emotional music. Then, he goes to theKorova and gets high on a milk plus. After coming down, Alex decides that he wants to kill himself, but can't figure out how to do it without becoming sick. He goes to the library to find a book on suicide so that he can die without feeling any pain, but he runs into the bespectacled man that he and his gang beat up at the beginning of the novel. The man and his friends beat up Alex until the police are called.
