How has Alex changed since being cured?

Alex has become rather bored with rampaging around the city at night, stealing, raping, beating, and killing. He feels that he can't just throw away his money any more, and seems to be maturing. He also feels hopeless, and does not even partake in the violence that his gang causes any more. Alex just sits back and watches his droogs carry out his orders.
