Ramsey Snow from A Clash of Kings is Roose Bolton's illegitimate son. He is vicious and takes great pleasure in torturing people. He has no mercy, no class, and observes no noticeable code. He comes into Winterfell and takes it from Theon, then tortures Theon for the better part of a year (including disfigurement and dismemberment).
