Briefly describe who the National Liberation Front (NLF) are.

The NLF are a group of pro-communist fighters who are native to South Vietnam. The name is adopted to indicate their desire to "liberate" South Vietnam from Diem and the Americans and join Ho Chi Minh's communist regime of North Vietnam.
