A Bite to Remember is written from the point of view of an omniscient narrator. The Narrator can see and recounts everything that is happening when Jackie and Vincent are around but cannot see what the saboteur is doing or even who it is. The narrator is able to tell the reader what the characters are thinking and even how their facial expressions and body language contribute to their feelings. Though the narrator can see everything that is happening when Jackie and Vincent are around, he cannot see what happens when they are not.
