What will be the cause of the conflict between the protagonist and antagonist?

The conflict is largely within the jury. It is difficult to to identify a specific protagonist/ antagonist. You might consider Juror 8 as a protagonist force and Juror 3 as an antagonist force. You can check them out at the character link below:
