The morning after Sharon Napier's death, Kinsey heads to Salton Sea. Who does she meet there, and what does she learn?

Kinsey meets with Greg Fife, the twenty-five year old son of Gwen and Laurence. He is not very communicative but does open up after a while, telling Kinsey that the whole family, including Laurence, except his sister Diane who was sick, were together the Labor Day weekend just days before his father died. Greg tells her he looked up to his father but felt he could never please Laurence. He mentions he likes his half-brother Colin but had resented him for his deafness.
