Did Walter Dornberger really use slave labor to build Peenemunde?

Dornberger was interrogated by the British War Crimes Investigation Unit about the use of slave labor in producing V-2 rockets, after which, he was detained (jailed) at Brigend in South Wales. We can infer that the evidence against him sttod up in military court.
