Survey
Do your own geographic survey of your school, including teachers, students, and if possible, parents. Write a quiz that assesses geographic literacy, give the quiz to your survey respondents, and then tabulate your data. Write a summary of the results of your survey for the school newspaper, and/or present your findings to the class.
Geography Club
Form a geography club. Brainstorm activities for members that would help members to expand their geographic knowledge. Invite speakers to address the club and talk about topics that are related to geography. You may want to have a theme for each meeting, such as the geography of a particular area.
