Objective
The objective of this lesson is to examine the point of view of Part 1: "Dreams" to "Madness" and how the author's choice of viewpoint affects the story. Although the story is about Kira, the novel is told through a narrator. Since the narrator only relates incidents that Kira has participated in, the story is told from a third-person limited point of view.
