Objective
The objective of this Daily Lesson is for students to analyze Vuong's exploration of the topics of innocence and childhood, and to explore the parallels he draws between the two, throughout Part I. In three poems in this section - "The Bull," "Skinny Dipping," and "You Guys," Vuong delves into topics like loss of innocence, growing up, and discovering one's identity through one's relationship with peers.
