Objective
The objective of this lesson is to examine Tookie's criminal experience, and why she worked in a bookstore after she served her time. Tookie was sentenced to prison after transporting a dead body. Books helped her to survive when she was in prison, so she looked for a job in a bookstore after she served her time.
