Modern Day Prophets

Have a class discussion on a modern day prophet. How would you describe this person? How does he/she compare with the Old Testament prophets? Make a list of people that the students think are modern day prophets.

Facebook Page

Create a facebook page (on paper) for your favorite prophet. Include his likely friends, applications, and groups.

Modern Day Prophecy

Have the students choose one of the prophecies they read in the book. Then have them re-write it into "modern day language" as it might be given today.

Book Review

Write a book review to publish in a newspaper.

Prophesy

Have the students memorize one prophecy and prepare a dramatic presentation for the class. Then have the students read their message. Afterwards ask the other students if they were persuaded by the message.
