Become a "Positive Pen"

Instead of using anonymous words to "poison," find ways to use them to be "positive." Each day for the next week, write an anonymous comment online or in a note to someone in your real life. Be sure to choose appropriate positive things to say. "You're an amazing singer" is great; "You look great in that shirt" might be a really creepy note to receive anonymously.

At the end of the week, record what you used your "positive pen" to do and explain how the exercise made you feel.
