Lesson 1 (from Preface-Chapter 3)
Objective
The objective of this lesson is to discuss how Milligan is determined to have perpetrated the robberies and rapes, and what is revealed about police procedure. After the robberies and rapes, victims are interviewed, Polly's car is dusted for prints, and the victims sort through mug shots. A composite drawing is created of the suspect based on the victim's recollections.
