The red box in the Walley historical museum is more than an object of local historical interest--unbeknownst to the museum staff, it may well be an important piece of evidence in a local murder. Find the story of a small-town mystery (it does not have to be a murder if that makes you uncomfortable) and then imagine what object might be found that would shed light on the solution to the mystery. Write a description of a local museum, like the one that begins Munro's story. Place your object among the collection and describe it in detail. Attach a copy of the small-town-mystery story or indicate a stable URL where it can be found on the internet.
