Haiku

Write a Haiku that you think summarizes one of the stories.

Military

In the playground, divide the class into two groups, Team A and Team B. Each team has a military base with a flag planted in the middle that they need to protect, whilst trying to obtain their opponents flag. Additionally, each team is armed with tennis balls. They can kill an opponent by hitting him her below the knee.

Names

As a class, make up names that you think could be included in the novel and put all the names in a hat. Each student should then pick out a name and use that name to develop a character. They should then pair up with another class mate and develop a short dialogue between their two characters.

Simon Says.

Play a game of Simon says, but instead of using Simon, use one of character's names...
