Scavenger Hunt

Students will create a question scavenger hunt for the book. The teacher will split the class into different groups. Each group will create questions about the book and list the page numbers or chapters where the answers may be found. After the groups are finished, students will exchange their questions with another group. Each group will answer the questions given to them in the trade and will share their answers with the entire class.

Diorama

Students will create a diorama of their favorite setting in the book. The diorama can be created in a box or on a flat plane. The goal of the project is to show the details of the setting as described to the reader. Students will then write a short description about the setting and how the setting affected the plot.
