Objective

Caillean wakes up from a dream in which the Romans were attacking women and druids. Today's objective is to discuss the power of dreams in life, and whether students think that dreams can help them with the decisions they make in life.

Lesson

1. Have each student write a paragraph about how they feel about dreams.

2. In smaller groups, have students discuss one scary or happy dream they have had and what they did as a result, if anything.

3. As a class, have the students discuss the role of dreams in their lives. Do they think that dreams are something that can guide them in life? Do they think dreams hold value? What do students think the origin of dreams is? What do students think would happen if they did not have dreams?
