Objective
The objective of this lesson is to discuss Cussy's job, and what is conveyed about The Works Progress Administration (WPA) and the Pack Horse Libraries. Cussy had a job as a pack horse librarian. For $28 a month, she would ride a horse, donkey, or mule to deliver books in rural Kentucky.
