Make an Audio Recording

Choose a scene from the novel that demonstrates its motif of sound. Then create a script planning the creation of an audio recording of the scene. Once you have a solid script and have thought about how you will create the sound effects, voices, and other noises needed for your scene, act out your scene as you make an audio recording of the performance.

Create a Diorama

Create a diorama of a poignant or funny scene within the novel, pulling concrete details from the text in order to justify your composition choices.

Choose a Song

Choose a scene in which music is not mentioned. Then choose a piece of music you think would fit the tone and mood of that scene if the novel scene were filmed as part of a movie.
