What is the most common route? Does the route taken by Bradshaw and Norris still exist? How much does it cost? Would the cost be prohibitive to people like Norris and Bradshaw? Discuss why Norris would choose to take a train across the German border.

2. Act out the scene in which Norris and Bradshaw meet for the first time. Also include the porter and the introduction of Schmidt. What can be learned about the characters' personalities and motives by the way they act at the first meeting?
