Objective

Sum: In this afterlife, a person's life is relived but in a different order. Everything in life is grouped together: showers, cleaning, watching TV. As a result, people become bored and dissatisfied. The objective of this lesson is to understand why the people in this afterlife begin to long for their life on earth.

Class Discussion: What different things in life could be grouped together in this afterlife? Which of these things sound fun to relive? Which sound boring? What would you be willing to sit through in order to never have to do it again? For example: Would you be willing to relive 20 straight years of emotional pain if it meant you would never feel emotional pain again? Would this feel like hell to you? Why or why not?
