Zoe on Trial

As a class, prepare for a court case in which Zoe is put on trial for the accident with the bus. Each student should choose a particular role to play. Perhaps Libby Weller could prosecute the case and Lucas could defend it. Witnesses might be called and known facts entered into evidence. Each of you should carefully research your particular role before the trial is held to determine just what should be done with Zoe.
