Ahoy!
Split a hall into different areas of a ship. For example starboard and port. Gather everyone into the center of the hall and randomly shout areas the students have to run to. The last person to get there is out of the game and the last person remaining wins.
Newspaper Campaign.
Divide into two groups; anti Lord William and pro Lord William. The anti William group has to develop a newspaper campaign to turn the public against William, and the pro William group has to develop a newspaper campaign to increase William's popularity. The students should then find five people who don't know William, show them the campaigns and ask what they think about William as a person. Using what they say the groups should then develop a second campaign to either change public opinion or to back up their previously successful campaign.
