Create Joan's Shield

Based on historical documentation, Joan of Arc would have likely carried a shield into battle. Research the shield styles and materials and create your own out of materials you can find around your home. Alternatively, draw a representation of Joan's shield with a paragraph or two about what materials you would select to create the shield. Choose appropriate symbols to embellish the shield and be prepared to explain why you chose each one.
