Disguises
Have the students come up with some different disguises that Popov could have used to hide his identity during the play.
Weapons
Have some pictures available to show the students what the weapons spoken of in these conflicts look like, so they can get a better feel for the action in those scenes.
Movie Time
Play one of the filmed versions of this book for the class. Provide popcorn and soda to enhance the theater feel. Have the students write an essay about whether or not this version matched up with what they had pictured while reading the book.
Plot for Brightling
Split the class into groups and have each group create another plan that would have caught Brightling in his deception and punished him appropriately for his horrible crimes.
