Poster
The students create a poster which will convince someone to read Phantastes. The poster should be eye-catching and include illustrations of a scene or scenes which are important to the story. The students should include a statement on the poster which will catch the attention of the potential reader.
Newspaper article
The students choose an event from Phantastes and report it in newspaper format using Who? What? Where? When? Why?
Book jacket
The students create their own book jacket which will convince a potential reader to read Phantastes.
1. To create the jacket, a piece of paper should be folded in fourths.
2. On the front cover, the students should illustrate an important scene, event, or character from the story.
3. The front cover should also contain the title, the author's name, and the publishing company.
4. On the left inside panel, the setting should be described in at least 3 complete...
