• Cynthia hosts the Primrose Tea, an annual spring tradition, and Father Tim gets involved setting up for the party and parking cars.
• Mack Stroupe, a local man who is not well liked, drives his new truck repeatedly through traffic to promote his new campaign to become mayor.

• Father Tim receives a call from Dooley, the boy Father Tim took custody of several years ago when Dooley's alcoholic mother could no longer care for him.

• Dooley will be returning from boarding school for the summer and plans to work with the local veterinarian.
• Unfortunately, Father Tim receives a call a few days...
