A Soldier's Life

Do some research to find what a typical soldier's life was like during the Mexican Revolution Then write a short report comparing and contrasting that life to the soldiers' lives presented in the novel. Do you think Carlos Fuentes did a good job capturing this lifestyle? Why or why not?
