· In “Me’Med,” when Sem is getting ready for work and taking a shower he has pain in his chest and throat and the taste of cement in his mouth.
· He feels tired, and he tells his wife as she is getting ready to leave for work that he is not feeling well and is going back to bed.
· He stretches out on the bed, and she brings him tea.
· When he does not get better, she calls 911.
· While waiting for the paramedics, he looks at a photo of a Buddhist priest in Lhasa on the wall.
· When the paramedics arrive, he is told that he is having a heart attack.
· At that news, he feels calm and ready to die.
