Objective

Objective: On Wall Street, there seems to be a concrete hierarchy throughout different investment banking firms. Although it is not always the same at every firm, it is important to understand the usual hierarchy. Rolfe and Troob decided to take the time to explain how the hierarchy works so that the reader can enter into a new world. The purpose of this lesson plan is to understand the hierarchy of an investment bank.

1. Draw a diagram that links the job positions at an investment bank. You can use whatever materials you would like to create the diagram. Just be clear about who is where on the diagram and make it at least poster size so that the entire class can see it.
