Objective
Being part of a story helps to bring it to life in a way that few other methods can. This lesson will be the first of one each chapter to involve the class itself in the story and analysis of The Man-eater of Malgudi by having students act out and present an analysis each chapter.
Lesson
1. Preparatory assignment: Divide the class into twelve groups, and assign one chapter to each group. This should be done in advance enough that the first group has time to organize.The group assigned to this chapter will work ahead of the class on their own chapter to prepare their presentation for the class when the class gets to their chapter.
