Uncle Andrew's Attic Study
This room is forbidden to Digory but can be reached by the tunnel that runs along the houses. It contains many books, a fireplace, and a high-backed chair.
Charn
A city in a desolate world where a cold, red sun shines. A great river runs through this city, which was once busy and thriving. Its rulers were once kind, but over the centuries they became cruel and proud. The ruling house of this place can work magic and are extremely tall, possibly because this race is a blend of human and giantish blood.
Hall of Images
This is the most colorful and interesting room in the palace of Charn. Jadis waits here in an enchanted sleep until Digory strikes the golden bell that stands on a plinth in the middle of this place. Digory describes this room as being "stiff with enchantments."
