Objective
The objective of this lesson is to examine how Julie has changed, and what the author reveals about the catalyst for that change. Before her senior year in high school, Julie was involved in cheerleading and did not study hard. During her senior year in high school, she began studying hard and quit hanging around with many of her friends.
