Their last family trip had been a true disaster. One of their children had almost died during the trip they took in March. Preparing for the trip was nerve-wracking as the desire to remain safe at home warred with the desire to see the precious new baby.

When the parents asked their son if he remembered his hospital stay, he said yes he did. It was where the angels sang to him. As they pulled into Arby's, the parents questioned the boy about his experience. He told them about the angels singing to him since he was scared. He also talked about seeing Jesus and sitting on Jesus' lap. He said this happened while his dad was praying and while his mother was on the phone. It was while he was in the operating room. He would have had no knowledge of what his parents were doing, unless he had had some sort of out-of-body experience.
