Lesson

1) Class Discussion: As a class, discuss the importance of Micromegas' size in the story. Why do you think that size is important? What clues are you given to denote that size is relevant? What examples can you find that proves that size is important to Micromegas?

2) Small Group Discussion: Divide the class into groups of 2-3. Have each group discuss the contrasts that the narrator makes between small and large characters and objects. Why do you believe that the size scale in the story is so exaggerated? Share findings with the class...
