Political Debate
1. Divide the class into two and ask each group to devise a political party based on how they think they want to run the classroom. Base the two parties loosely on a free, democratic approach and a more dictatorial one. Once each group has developed their ideas, conduct a debate a debate between the two groups.
Design a board game
Design a board game based on Xavier's investigation and Charlie's flight to Switzerland.
Artist spotting
Divide the students into pairs. Ask them to find a collection of ten paintings that they like from various well known artists and print them out. Have the students display their pictures one by one at the front of class. Whichever group guesses the right artist scores one point. When finished, the winning team displays their paintings. Whoever has the most correct answers at the end of the tournament wins.
