Make a Postcard

Pretend to be a visitor in Tull. Make a postcard to send home, detailing Sheb's honky-tonk, the church service, the stable, and the townspeople. Draw an illustration of the town on the front of the postcard.

Rewrite Parts of the Novel

Divide into groups. The first group rewrites the first main event in the novel; the next group rewrites the next event, and so on, until the novel is finished. Put it all together to see what changes the class makes to the plot and characters.
