Book Review

Each student is to write a review of John J. "Jim" Rowlands' "Cache Lake Country: Life in the North Woods". They are to approach this from the perspective of a publication of their choice or the Internet. The instructor will have some of these read before the class anonymously as a preliminary to discussion.

Cache Lake Country Projects

"Cache Lake Country: Life in the North Woods" is filled with multiple projects that approach a wide variety of interesting wilderness plans. These are as fun to put together as they are practical to have knowledge of. Students may work on these as individuals, in pairs, or in small groups and present their completed efforts to the class.
