Create a diorama depicting one of the scenes in the novel. Consider the positioning of characters and the background. Write a paragraph explaining what is going on in the scene.

Letter

Much of Burr's experiences are recorded in letters in the book. Write a letter to a friend describing what you thought of Burr in the novel and how the novel affected your perspective on the historical events described.

Comic Strip

Design a comic strip that portrays a scene from the book.

Flip Book

Design a flip book that portrays one scene from the novel. Each of the pages should contain slightly different images, so when the book is flipped through it appears that the characters are moving. Each individual picture can be simple as long as they get the point of the scene across.
