Doctor's Orders

After reading the first section of the book, pretend you are Griffin's doctor and create a schedule for Griffin's skin treatments. Use the descriptions of the treatment to include as much detail in your schedule as possible. Be sure to leave a section for notes and observations, and put yourself in the perspective of the doctor to fill them in.

Trace Griffin's Travels

Create a map of Griffin's travels throughout the book, tracing his journey through the South. Along the route, mark each major stop's location, and write a short summary of Griffin's stay in that location.
