Objective
The objective of this lesson is to discuss Danny's thoughts on irony, and what is revealed about irony. Danny knows the dictionary meaning of the word "irony." However, the meaning of the word in real life is more difficult to understand.

Class Discussion: What does Daryl the cleaner call Danny? What does Danny think about being called a legendary cleaner? How many people call him that now? Why does he wonder if the use of the title if irony? Why will he have to ask Sonja for clarification and help in deciding if being called a legendary cleaner is ironic? Might the people who call him that expressing something different than what the words actually mean? What does Danny think about the way that he calls Daryl "the Lawyer"? How might that be mocking? How might that be irony? What is revealed about irony?
