Journey
In Toy Story, Buzz and Woody take many emotional and relational journeys during the course of an actual physical journey. Physically, the two toys make a journey after Woody accidentally knocks Buzz out of the window. Both toys end up traveling in Andy's family's car and are left behind at a gas station. Working together, they finally catch up with Andy's family, but then they are captured by Sid. At Sid's house, they face many scary challenges and both become terribly distressed at their potential fate. Finally, they escape from Sid's house just in time to join Andy and his family as they move to a new house and a fresh start. After their dangerous adventure on the road, Buzz and Woody finally return safely home to their owner and their friends.
