The Importance of Sleep for Teens
Summary: Teens should be getting a sufficient amount of rest in order to have the energy that is needed to function properly throughout the day. Teens who do not have a certain amount of sleep each night are subject to many distractions and experience rapid changes in their bodies and lifestyles. In order for teens to be productive, positive, and successful, it is vital for them to get adequate sleep.
It is necessary for teens to get enough sleep in order to function properly on a daily basis. In other words teens not having a certain amount of sleep each night are subject to many distractions during the day. Even if the mind tells the body there's no need for sleep, the body can rapidly change in many unhealthy ways. Also, teens may have difficulty managing a good night rest due to all the activities in their daily lives. As teens make their lifestyle choices, they could have trouble concentrating to make the right and the wrong decisions of life. I believe teens should be getting a sufficient amount of rest in order to have the energy that is needed to function properly throughout the day.
