The State of the Weimar Republic Following World War I

Summary: Following World War I, the German government had a lot of support from the world, but it was lack of support from its own people that ruined it and brought Adolf Hitler to power.
I think the Weimar Republic was lucky to survive this far. It suffered some huge economic and financial crises, and I would have thought that it would have lost all the faith it had from its people. The hyperinflation caused by the government printing money, and the actual signing of the Treaty after the Kaiser left.

The Weimar Republic's leading enemies -the communists and the freikorps- had led violent revolutions and had both been defeated by the government. When the communists launched their bid for power they were completely massacred by the army. The leaders of the communists had been executed along with thousands of other casualties. When the Freikorps marched into Berlin, in the Kapp Putsch, nobody was killed as both sides didn't fire at each other, but the leader gave in. He died while on trial. This almost certainly got rid of them as major problems...
