Embryonic Debate
Aborted embryo's stem cells are being studied and there is debate regarding is whether this type of research is ethical or not. People that have illnesses and diseases of the nervous system, or heart, leukemia, or certain types of cancers can be treated and cured by replacing the adult infected cells with new embryonic stem cells. However, the embryo is destroyed when researchers collect the stem cells and this has generated negative press.
Stem cells are the key to life. There are a few types of stem cells; however the most desirable stem cells are the embryo stem cells. This is because they are new and have no damage.
