Summary: The use of embryonice stem cells are the next best thing since antibiotics. The embryos being used are simply fertilized eggs that are no where close to becoming actual life. We should take advantage of what fertility clinics are throwing away every day.

Embryonic Debate

Aborted embryo's stem cells are being studied and there is debate regarding is whether this type of research is ethical or not. People that have illnesses and diseases of the nervous system, or heart, leukemia, or certain types of cancers can be treated and cured by replacing the adult infected cells with new embryonic stem cells. However, the embryo is destroyed when researchers collect the stem cells and this has generated negative press.

Stem cells are the key to life. There are a few types of stem cells; however the most desirable stem cells are the embryo stem cells. This is because they are new and have no damage. The embryonic stem cells are "the primitive types of cells that can be coaxed into developing into most of the 220 types of cells found in the human body," (B.A. Robinson, 1) Two examples are brain cells, and...
