Autism and the Curious Incident

Summary: In The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time, Chris goes about his life in a very special way. Him and his father have come up with ways they can express their love for one another with out hugging or touching each other.
In the first and last books I read there was nothing I misunderstood. The Prison Writings and When I was Puerto Rican were stories telling how their lives were, the second book was very unique. The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time caught my eye with its very long title. The way the narrator spoke and thought was very different. I did not know why he talked like that, so asked some friends that had read the same book. After they had read the book they all said they had the same thought. They told me that the boy was autistic. Everything then fell into place. Not knowing very much about autism, except for the basics, I looked to my best resource, the internet. There I discovered lots of new things I never knew about this disease. I'm glad I had friends there to tell me...
