As enforcement begins in NSW with its new changes to the provisional licence scheme, many worried members of the public, breathe out a big sigh of relief. But will these laws be accepted by P-platers or will there be more road disasters.

The new changes that took place on the 11th of July 2005, have prohibited use of all turbocharged, supercharged, eight or more cylinder, high performance and modified cars to all P-platers.
